Disappointed

I have not received my package I ordered this early July and it is July 30th and I tracked the package and it states “ The status "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" the merchant printed out the shipping label on July 13th, but they haven't handed the physical package over to USPS, or it was given to a third-party shipping partner (like Pitney Bowes, DHL eCommerce, or YunExpress) that hasn't transferred it to USPS yet. Two weeks have passed since the label was created.
