Not matching the picture, poor quality

Received the item today. It is really important to have a breathable comfortable underscarf, especially one that fully covers the neck, so the situation even more disappointing. This underscarf is not made of cotton, even though the title claims it; it is badly sewn and doesn't fit like the picture. The part on forehead covers the eyes almost even, the rubber band around the neck is of poor quality. The material is neither soft, nor breathable. 0/5. This does not worth the money, you can get better ones for smaller price in other shops; waste of money.
