Soft, beautiful color

I love the color, it's such a rich, deep brown. The fabric is also soft. The buttons add a nice glint. Overall, beautiful dress, perfect for the spring and summer. The scarf that comes with it is a square scarf and it's not very large, so hard to style in my opinion. I would have preferred a rectangular scarf.

Love This Set! :D

Love this set! Excellent quality! But, I will warn the ladies who are thicker and not as tall. You will need to have the skirt length altered. I’m 5’5”, but I need an XL. Before I can wear it, I have to have it hemmed by at least 4 inches.

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST

As-salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh.

This is an update to my previous post titled "I HAD HIGH HOPES...BUT ENDED UP BEING EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!."

Recent developments have determined that the item was delivered 2 days ago. I was informed the fabric is soft and breathable, and the recipient really loves the garment. With that being said, I am changing my rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars. I'm giving 3 Stars due to the lack of communication from the Customer Service staff. During the time I reached out, I explicitly asked if there would be a separate tracking number since the item was being shipped to a different country. It appears the item was transferred to an International courier to complete the delivery, but no information in that regard was provided. If something happened while in the care of the International courier, how would I be able to follow up without proper information (courier name and tracking number)?

I would like to purchase more items, however I will require reassurances that the name of the International courier and tracking number are provided.

To the Bazar Al Haya staff, I would like to apologize for my frustrations. But I hope that you can understand the reasons behind my frustrations. Barakallaahu feekem.

Great Garment - Customer Service Needs Improvement

I give the garment 5-Stars because the recipient really liked the softness and breathability of the fabric. However, I have to give an overall rating of 3-Stars due to the lack of response from Customer Service and the unclear process for International orders: no courier name and tracking number provided. The item also arrived 3 weeks after I received an email that it had been delivered.
