We offer free shipping on both domestic and international orders!

- Customers in the United States can get free shipping on orders over $98 USD.

- Customers in Canada and the UK can get free shipping on orders over $150 USD.

- Customers from most other countries are eligible for free shipping on orders over $250 USD.


ORDER PROCESSING STEPS

To provide you with a smooth shopping experience, we will send you a confirmation email once your order is placed. After your order is shipped, we will also email you the tracking information for your shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order page during checkout.

The total delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is placed until it is delivered to you. This total delivery time is divided into two parts: processing time and transit time.

Processing time: (1-4 business days) This refers to the time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse. It includes tasks such as item preparation, quality checks, and packing.

Transit time: This refers to the time it takes for a package to travel from our New York Warehouse to your shipping address. The transit time is determined by the destination of the shipment.
Standard Shipping transit time within the USA: (2-5 business days)

Expedited Shipping transit time within the USA: (1-3 business days)
Standard Shipping transit time Internationally: (1-4 weeks)


You can track your order to see its delivery status. Please allow up to 5 days for your tracking data to update. It is important to note that USPS and UPS shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays of up to 5 days due to a high volume of packages. They may also not update tracking information until your package leaves their facility. Please be patient during this time.

DOMESTIC (USA) ORDERS

Shipping Method and Transit Time:

We primarily utilize USPS Priority Service for shipping within the USA. This service generally ensures a transit time of 1-5 business days.

Lost Packages:

Please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in delivery. If you notice that the delivery date is later than the estimated timeframe provided, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. This will allow us to open a claim with USPS and resend your order promptly.

Responsibility for Delivery Issues:

While we make every effort to ensure smooth delivery, there are certain situations where the responsibility lies with the customer. We can not fully reimburse or resend packages if the following circumstances occur:

- Customer Unavailability: If the customer is not available at the provided address when USPS attempts delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pickup as per USPS guidelines.

- Incorrect Address Details: If the customer provides an incorrect address or fails to include essential information such as apartment numbers, the responsibility lies with the customer. 

- Failure to Collect Package: If USPS holds the package at a post office for customer pickup within their specified timeframe, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package during this period.

In such cases, the package will be returned to us according to USPS policy. Once we receive the package back, we will automatically issue a refund for the order amount. However, please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund. 

We encourage customers to reorder with the correct address after receiving the refund.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping Method  and Delivery Time:

- We strive to deliver your order within the estimated transit time of 4-20 business days. However, if the delivery date exceeds the shown date, please inform us immediately so that we can open a claim and resend your order. Note that we primarily use UPS Worldwide Economy service for most international countries to ensure coverage of custom duties and taxes. 

- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as customs inspections, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.

 Customs and Duties Fees:

- We cover the customs and duties fees for most countries, ensuring that you don't have to pay anything upon receiving your order. This allows for a hassle-free delivery process. However, for some countries, customers may be required to pay customs and duties fees imposed by their respective governments. While we make every effort to send international orders in a manner that minimizes import and tax fees for customers, it is possible that some countries may still charge buyers a small amount of such fees, which are beyond our control. If the buyer refuses to pay or fails to receive the package, it may be returned to us. In such instances, we will refund the entire order amount excluding shipping costs. Nevertheless, in most cases, buyers are exempt from paying taxes and duties upon receiving their packages.

Lost Packages:

- In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Customer Responsibilities:

While we make all efforts to ensure a seamless delivery, there are some instances where the customer is responsible for delivery failure. We are unable to compensate or resend packages if the following circumstances occur:

- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide the correct shipping address and contact details during the ordering process. Any errors or omissions in the address, including missing apartment numbers, will be considered the customer's fault.

- If UPS attempts delivery but no one is available to receive the package. In cases where UPS holds the package at a local post office for customer pick-up, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the designated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in disposal of the package according to UPS policy, and we cannot offer refunds or reshipments in such cases.
