I placed an order for an abaya on 3/13, expecting it to arrive in time for Eid (3/19), but the entire experience was extremely frustrating.

I sent about 5 emails to customer support, and each time it felt like they had little knowledge about their own products or shipping process. The communication was very repetitive—they kept asking for my order number over and over again instead of actually helping resolve the issue.

At one point, I was told to check with UPS, even though the tracking showed the package in Newark, DE while I live in Wisconsin. That made no sense and added to the confusion.

I finally received the package on 4/1—well after Eid—making it completely useless for the occasion I purchased it for. At this point, I don’t even want the item, but the return process seems like it would be just as exhausting as dealing with support, so I’ll be donating it instead.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, delayed shipping, and unhelpful customer service. I would not order from here again.
