We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packing. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

To initiate a return, please email salam@bazaralhaya.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address to ship your package to. Items returned to us without first getting a return approval will not be accepted. Note that because we do not provide pre-paid return mailing labels, customers are responsible for the return postage charges.

Please keep in mind that the actual shipping costs incurred by us to ship your packages are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original payment for all returns.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Niqabs, Gloves, Evening Gowns are non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We do not issue refunds on items that have been worn, damaged or altered by the customer. If we receive any returns that have signs of wear or are damaged/altered, the return will not be processed and the customer will be required to pay the necessary shipping costs to have the item returned to them.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 bussiness days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
